About Dr. Remi Soile
Dr. Remi Soile holds a medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University College of Health Sciences in Ile-Ife, Nigeria, where he graduated suma cum laude. He completed his post-graduate training at Wayne State University. After which he practiced as a hospitalist at Henry Ford Hospital Detroit for over 7 years. He currently holds privileges at Henry Ford West Bloomfield, Detroit Medical Center, Beaumont, and St. John's Providence Hospitals.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Soile has over 20 years of vast experience in complex adult medical cases. His passion for a complete, comprehensive approach to general medical practice led to the designation of his practice as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. His Internal Medicine practice specializes in preventative comprehensive medical services and diagnostics.

As part of his commitment to both contribute to the field of Internal Medicine, as well as to stay abreast of the latest findings and advancements, Dr. Soile is a member of the National Association of Inpatient Physicians, Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS), American College of Physicians (ACP), and American Medical Association (AMA), and is certified by the American College of Surgeons in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). When he is not busy mentoring and training future medical professionals or caring for patients, Dr. Soile enjoys spending time with his wife of 15 years, his 3 children, and friends from all corners of the world.


About Cheryl Cascio, NP-C
Born and raised in Canada, Cheryl Cascio comes to RS Medical with 26 years of nursing experience. She graduated from St. Clair College in 1991 with a diploma in nursing, and started her career at Sinai Hospital of Detroit working in Labor and Delivery. Cheryl obtained experience in various specialized units such as the Emergency Department, Neuro Trauma ICU, and spent the last 16 years working in Perioperative Services at Detroit Receiving Hospital. In 2013, Cheryl graduated from University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and received the Deans Scholar award. In 2017, Cheryl graduated from Madonna University with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), becoming a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Adult Gerontology.
About Monique Clark, NP-C
Monique Clark is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the state of Michigan to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages.
Monique’s career in healthcare began 17 years ago by working as patient care giver in hospital settings. In 2007, Monique graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelors in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse in numerous specialty fields including Family Medicine, Telemetry, and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. Monique’s exposure and experience working in ICU inspired her to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner. In 2016, Monique graduated with high honors from South University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Her areas of interest include health promotion, and improving access to healthcare in underserved populations.
